1. Data Collection

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our service:

• Email Address: Used for login and order delivery.
• Order ID: Used to verify your purchase and manage your credit balance.

2. Ephemeral Processing

User Inputs: Any text or image prompts you provide to the generator are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.

Generated Assets: Assets generated by the tool are stored in a temporary cache and are automatically deleted within 1 hour.

3. Credit Management

We maintain a secure database that tracks only your Email, Order ID, and current Credit Balance.

4. Third-Party Services

We use industry-standard providers: Shopify (Orders), Resend (Email), and SiliconFlow (AI Inference).

5. Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your account and balance data at any time by contacting support@cncompute.net.
